Mr. Minhan Kim has successfully added the instrument rating on his private pilot certificate in a Cessna 172, N739HE with Jim Currier. His friend, Mr. Woonghee Lee also has finished his instrument rating before. They were trained by same instructor, Paul Gavarre.

Very rear airplane came to Nice Air. Nakajima type 97 carrier based trooped bomber "Kate" has arrived at her new home. She flew in a lot of movies including "Tora Tora Tora".

Mr. Kengo Hirama has made his first solo flight in USA in a Cessna 172, N73454. He is also a member of A&A program and has made very first solo flight in Japan before he came.

Mr. Keehyun Park has passed two checkrides on same day. He passed initial commercial pilot in a Seminole, N2967D and added single engine in a Cessna 172, N210AN immediately after that with Jim Currier. Good jobs!

Mr. Hiroshi Ota has passed the private pilot checkride in a Cessna 152, N5151B with Jim Currier. The weather was going bad but he could finish both oral and flight before the weather get too bad.

Mr. Tatsuaki Fujinuma has passed the private pilot checkride in a Cessna 152, N5151B with Jim Currier. He was riding a horse as a jokey. It was more difficult fly the airplane than to ride a horse in the beginning. In the end, N5151B became his lovely thoroughbred.

6 initial commercial and 6 multi-engine add-on checkrides were held. Mr. Seiya Taniguchi, Shunsuke Saito, Neishi Masamitsu, Shota Takeyama, Shoya Inada and Eiichi Yokoyama has passed the commercial pilot and added the multi-engine rating on their commercial pilot certificate with Jim Currier.
They all began the training in U.S. at the end of last August from private through commercial mu
lti in 6 month. What a speed!
