January 31st 2011, New ATP!
Mr. Kohei Kotani, yes!, who is the bushiest instructor of Nice Air, finally got his ATP on the last day of January in N79JT with Jim Currier. He has train all of his student ready for checkride before today. why? Because, he is going back to Japan after his ATP ride. Good luck Kohei and thank you very much.
January 25th 2011, Commercial Pilot
Mr.Lee Seungkwon has passed the commercial pilot checkride ins Arrow, N2496M with Jim Currier. His daughter has been in San Jose for her vacation and waiting for him to finish training. He needs to finish one more( multi engine add on!) before he can take her to Disneyland.
January 19th 2011, Multi Engine Add On
Mr. Jumpei Tani has successfully added the multi engine rating on his private pilot certificate in a Piper Seminole, N 79JT with Jim Currier. It was nice sunny day for a January but windy. He flew very nice under windy condition.
January 18th 2011, Private Pilot
Mr. Satoshi Asami has passed the private pilot practical test in a Cessna 152, N5090Q with Jim Currier. It was too sunny and warm to believe it was winter. He also had finished his other school and scheduled to leave for Japan before February. It was already dark when he came back from checkride as usual in a winter.
January 18th 2011, Instrument Rating
Mr. Daisuke Araki has successfully added the instrument rating on his private pilot certificate in a Cessna 172, N737TX with Jim Currier. He didn't realize that he has passed because Jim didn't mention either he passed or failed since it was too obvious he did good job.
January 16th 2011, Instrument Rating
Mr. Kazuki Saeki has successfully added the instrument rating on his private pilot certificate in a Cessna 172, N737TX with Jim Currier. He was almost ready to take it three weeks ago but his multi engine training was also completed. So he had finished multi engine practical test first and finally, he has finished the IFR.
January 7th 2011, Single Engine Add On
Mr. Joong Ho Lee has successfully added the single engine rand class rating on his commercial pilot certificate in a Cessna 172, N737TX with Jim Currier. He had to wait for almost two hours for the weather to improve. He has finished all his training and heading back to Korea.
