April 30th 2010, Birthday of an ATP
Koji Kagohashi CFI has just got his ATP certificate in N2967D. It is also his birthday. He gave himself an exciting birthday gift The second picture is the one taken after traditional "Water Celemoney".
April 26th 2010, Instrument Rating
Mr. Seijiro Sato also passed the checkride on same day. He ha finished his instrument rating. See how he flies.
April 26th 2010, Achievement!
Mr. Haruhiro Nihei has finished his private pilot certification in N24373. His instructor Satoshi Habu has been worked with him very hard. Look at his smile!.
April 18th 2010, First solo flight!
Mr. Masuo Morikawa made his first solo flight in N68475 in the morning. He comes to USA 3 to 4 days almost every month to get a private pilot. Koji is working with him.
April 17th 2010, Birth of a private pilot
Mr. Li DongWon from Korea got his private pilot certificate in N25914 on a warm spring day. He has a background of aviation mechanic. He is going to continue training for next level.
April 15th 2010, First solo flight!
Mr. Hirofumi Mori had his first solo flight in N67596. He staid in the traffic pattern at RHV. His instructor, Chiwami, is very proud of his achievement.
April 9th 2010, Another commercial pilot added multi engine rating!
Mr. ChangHyun Lee completed the multi engine rating with the examiner Jim in the Seminole N79JT. He and Mr. sean Kim who pass same rating 2 days ago have same instructor Josh.
April 7th 2010, Mr. Sean Kim Finished all the training
Mr. Sean Kim from New Zea Land, passed the Multi engine commercial add-on checkride in Seminole N2967D. He has finished his private thorough commercial including instrument raring. Shaking hand with the examiner, Jim(right).
April 7th 2010, N9568G has GPS now!
N9568g is the very first Cessna 172 in the history of Nice Air( very first airplane is N5090Q, by the way). A G430 has installed and certified for IFR. GPS helps pilot a lot to make things easier. But, don't forget how to use the conventional system.
April 6th 2010, Mr. Takanori Tomimuro passed the private pilot practical test!
Mr. Takanori Tomimuro finished his private pilot certificate on a beautiful Tuesday in mighty C152. His instructor, Kohei Kotani, says "Takanori studied very well!". Takanori drove away, headed to Ground Canyon shortly after the checkride. 
April 1st 2010, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Presentation @ Discovery Air
Mr. Anthony Mwangi, Associate Director of Academic Support Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University at Oakland campas came to Nice Air for presentation. Most major airline require a 4 years degrees to be qualify. If you hold a private pilot certificate, you can receive 3 credit toward bachelors degrees and if you hold a 
commercial pilot certificate you can receive 30 credits toward bachelor degrees.
